A very good experience Written by chuck232, on 09-03-2007 14:13 I've been with Hostgator for a bit over a year now and started off the first year on the Hatchling plan. Back then it was something like 3.5GB storage and 50GB bandwidth (don't remember the exact numbers). I didn't really run into any problems and no downtime that I noticed. They've since upped the specs on their plans quite a bit.    I switched over to a month-to-month on the Baby plan since I wanted to host multiple domain names. Since the move, I think my site's actually been performing better (faster load times mostly). I've recently been on the lookout for something a little less than $10/month, since my site's pretty small and I definitely don't need or even come close to what the Baby plan is touting.    Overall, a very good experience with them. I only really contacted support once about moving from a yearly billing plan to a monthly one and that was sorted out promptly.
