However, I remember some downtimes during months it's showing as 100% up on the graph, so I don't know whether they were polling all servers when they did the survey. But my biggest complaint is that many of our clients were refusing the e-mails as spam - something to do with the headers or routing through hostmysite, and we never did get it resolved to our satisfaction. Eventually left to go to Forked Networking, which has not had the spam flagging problems but has been down for 3 hours now, proving that there's really no such thing as 5 star service on today's internet, at least judging from the several companies I've dealt with.
