very bad experience with them a few years back. first year was ok, then they lower down their quality a lot after that.

Lunarpages is cheap, and you will get nothing more than you pay for. 
 
My personal experience with their support staff is very various. Sometimes they were excellent. But mostly they did not even try to understand my problem. Responds times were just fine, but when I had to try and explain to them every little detail about how their own product worked&. Then it could take forever and a half to get something done.
